Research : Pathogen detection in the atmosphere by LIDAR
Bernard Dery is currently at DRDC-Valcartier where his efforts are used towards the detection of biological fluorescent aerosol targets. His work aims at developing a closed and compact chamber reproducing the measurements obtained with a LIDAR system in conventional atmosphere. This chamber will then be used to study the behavior of fluorescent targets to better predict their fluorescence emission spectra. This project is realized in collaboration with Université Laval/COPL. |
